A-A METAL PRODUCTS CO., LTD. is a leading and professional manufacturer of precision sheet metal stamping parts by single-station stamping dies, progressive stamping dies, stamping parts assemblies, deep drawn parts, weldments, etc. Our main product series are: metal components for anti-vibration mountings, livestock drinking bowls, actuator housings, fall protection parts, pallet feet, RV sinks.
Our company is situated in Ningbo, an east coastal seaport city of China, 1 hour drive from Ningbo Airport and 3 hours drive from Shanghai Airport.
We have over 20 years of experience in custom metal stamping parts and assemblies. All of our products are exported to the US, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Germany, Italy, the UK, Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Belgium, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, etc.
We have a wide range of mechanical presses from 5T to 500T, hydraulic presses 315T, 400T, 630T, 2000T, TIG/MIG welders, laser welders, resistance spot welders, and supporting machines: lathes, drilling machines, threading machines, tapping machines, milling machines, polishing machines, vibratory deburring machines, etc.
Our maximum stamping capacity reaches 1300mm(51")x1000mm(40"), material thickness 15mm(0.59"), deep draw depth 450mm(17.7").
